Fabric Requirements
Your fabric choice will influence how your final garment fits. You will want a fabric with 'flow' or 'drape' so that the garment skims and moves with your body. A heavier, structured fabric (such as cotton spandex) will have a boxier fit and be more of an A dress.
Bands/bindings require a knit fabric with at least 50% stretch and excellent recovery.
Measurements are in yards and based on 56” wide fabric. Yardage assumes that your fabric has been prewashed and preshrunk. Extra fabric may be required for matching prints, directional fabric, or if you need to add length. *Size 26 and 28 Knee Lengths you will need 58" wide fabric.
