The Tansy Top was inspired by several ads of similar tops fired at me from Facebook, Shein, Temu...you know how it goes. I thought it was so cute, but the likelihood of a top like that fitting me (not to mention the fabric being decent and not cringe-worthy) was remote.
Tansy can be made as a simple cross front top, cross top with ruched side, or a cross top with ruching and a decorative button placket. In my size 8s here, I made a sleeveless tank out of ITY, and then a long sleeve with a sweater knit. I've got both seasons covered!
